1. About Us

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, place fake orders, or copy our content, photos, designs or logo without written permission.

3. Products and Pricing

We try to display product colours, details and prices as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices, products and promotions at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and inform you.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, incomplete address information or suspected fraud. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we will refund the full amount.

5. Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. For bulk orders, bank transfer, JazzCash and EasyPaisa may be accepted. You agree to pay the full order amount, including any delivery charges shown at checkout, at the time of delivery or as agreed.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of the products passes to you once they are delivered to your address. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

7. Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Refused Orders

Refusing a Cash on Delivery parcel without a valid reason causes loss to our business. Customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries may be required to pay delivery charges in advance or may be restricted from placing future COD orders.

9. Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes are valid for a limited time, cannot be exchanged for cash and only one code may be used per order unless stated otherwise. We may withdraw or change any promotion at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Taz Collection name and logo, text, product photos, graphics and designs — belongs to Taz Collection or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Reviews and Content You Submit

If you submit reviews, photos or comments, you confirm they are genuine and do not contain offensive or illegal content. You allow us to display and use them on our website and social media.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Taz Collection is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
