Order Enquiries

Want to know the status of your order? Once you place an order on tazcollection.com, our team confirms it by call or WhatsApp, usually on the same day. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number from the courier. If you have not received confirmation within 24 hours, or if your parcel seems delayed, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will check with the courier for you right away.

Size Help

Choosing the right size online can be tricky, so we are happy to help. Send us your height, weight and how you like your clothes to fit — snug, regular or relaxed — and we will recommend the best size for each product. For kids, tell us your child’s age, height and whether they are growing quickly, and we will suggest the right age range. Exchanges and Returns

If your item does not fit or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please keep the item unworn, unwashed and with its original tags. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and arrange a replacement in the correct size. We supply custom-printed and embroidered t-shirts and hoodies for companies, schools, universities, sports teams, events, NGOs and family functions. Share your quantity, preferred colours, sizes, logo and deadline, and we will send a quotation within 24 hours. Bulk orders get special pricing and a dedicated contact person who will manage your order from sample to delivery.
