Online shopping in Pakistan has grown enormously, and Cash on Delivery (COD) is the most popular way to pay. It is convenient and builds trust — you pay only when your parcel arrives. Here are practical tips to make every online order smooth and safe.
1. Shop From Trusted Websites
Check that you are on the official website (for us, tazcollection.com). Look for real contact details — a working phone number, WhatsApp and email. Ours are 0308-4720779 and hamzaashraf867@gmail.com.
2. Read Product Details Carefully
Check fabric, size charts, colour and care instructions. Good brands give clear, honest descriptions and real photos.
3. Check the Size Guide
Most exchanges happen because of size issues. Spend two minutes on the Size Guide before ordering.
4. Give a Complete Address
Include house number, street, area, city and a nearby landmark. Use an active phone number so the courier can reach you.
5. Answer the Confirmation Call
Reputable stores confirm COD orders by phone or WhatsApp. Answering quickly speeds up dispatch.
6. Keep the Exact Cash Ready
Couriers may not carry change. Having the exact amount makes delivery quick.
7. Keep Packaging Until You Check
Open your parcel carefully and keep the packaging and tags until you are sure the item is right. This makes exchanges easy.
8. Know the Return Policy
Read the exchange and return policy before ordering. Ours offers 7-day size exchanges and free replacements for defects — see Shipping & Returns.
9. Never Share Sensitive Information
No genuine store will ask for your bank PIN, OTP or passwords. If someone does, it is a scam.
10. Don’t Refuse Parcels Without Reason
Refusing COD parcels causes losses for small businesses and can lead to COD restrictions on your number. If you change your mind, cancel the order before dispatch instead.
